How to sign up and book?
Please click the link below to sign up! We utilize the processing system "Stripe" for monthly membership payments.
Skin Society Hawaii will automatically charge your credit card on the FIRST (1st) of every month, following your initial registration.
If you sign up during the end of the month, you may either come in for a facial before the month ends, or save your appointment for the following month. EXAMPLE: You sign up for our 'Platinum' Membership program on June 25th. You can either come in for your monthly facial from June 25-30th or save that first appointment for July! If you decide to keep it for July, your billing cycle will begin Aug 1st. The choice is yours, let us know!
It is your responsibility to book your monthly facial with us. You may book your monthly facial at ANY time within the month, and are free to book up to three months in advance! Please book through our booking site Glossgenius > 'Facial Club'. We suggest booking in advance as space is limited! We will keep a credit card on file when booking your first appointment - this is for cancellation / rescheduling policy purposes.
Can I upgrade to Elite or Platinum Membership?
Yes! You may upgrade to our Elite or Platinum membership at any time. Just know that once you upgrade, you will be locked into that level and charged accordingly. You will only be able to downgrade once. If you cancel your membership, you cannot sign up again for 12 months.
