TERMS
This promotion is for TWO separate appointments, preferably booked 3-4 weeks apart. We suggest doing a chemical peel FIRST followed by a Microneedling session, but the choice is ultimately up to you.

We highly suggest purchasing our SKIN PREP Kit ($45) by Glyemd to properly PREP your skin for these advanced treatments and our POST-RECOVERY Kit ($45) to help aid in the healing process. If you are NEW to Skin Socierty Hawaii, you may be required to purchase our Skin Prep Kit and be using it for a minimum of 3 weeks prior to your appointment in order to prevent damage!! If your skin isn't 'ready' to receive such advanced treatments, your esthetician will refuse to perform it at that time. If you have questions, or are unsure if your skin is healthy enough to receive either of these services, please reach out to us before you book! We offer FREE virtual consultations and are happy to answer any questions you might have.

*You will be given a Skin Society Hawaii post-procedure kit for FREE (includes: Skin Society's signature serum, La Roche Posay Cleanser + Moisturizer, and Tizo Sunscreen).

What is Microneedling?

Microneedling is an invasive procedure used to treat and improve conditions like acne scarring, fine lines and wrinkles, skin texture, pore size, stretch marks, and pigmentation. These micro-needles create tiny micro-injuries in the dermis that stimulate tissue regeneration, also known as collagen induction therapy.

Our process: We start with a double cleanse, followed by light microdermabrasion to fully exfoliate the top layer of dead skin and debris. We then apply a professional numbing cream so there is minimal to no discomfort. The process of microneedling is quick, it takes approximately 10-15 minutes. Immediately after, we perform very gentle RADIO FREQUENCY to encourage further collagen production. We finish with an application of our company’s proven recovery oil - a critical part of protecting and restoring your newly damaged skin and ZINC sunscreen. You’ll receive a small care package of post-treatment skincare to take home with you!

*Disclaimer, your skin will be sensitive, and red and you must stay out of the sun/no sweat for at least 48 hours post-treatment. This is crucial for your skin’s ability to naturally repair itself. This treatment can be done every 3-4 weeks, depending on how well your skin adapts and heals, and multiple sessions are highly encouraged!

What is a Chemical Peel?

Chemical peels are a fantastic form of advanced esthetics! At Skin Society Hawaii we offer a wide variety of low-medium grade peels from either Glymed or Image's professional line to choose from.

Chemical peels are cosmetic treatments that involve using certain types of acids or enzymes to aggressively exfoliate the skin. The acid/enzyme removes a uniform amount of damaged skin cells across the treatment area, resulting in your skin's immune system 'reset'. You will PEEL!
