For all clients, we require a credit card to be held on file at the time of booking. However, you won't be charged for the service until after your appointment with us.
Any cancellations and/or rescheduling must be done at least 24 hours before your appointment. If for whatever reason you cancel or reschedule within this time (24 hours), we will charge your card on file a 100% fee.
If you booked an appointment within 24 hours, there are no refunds for cancellations and/or rescheduling, and we will charge your card on file a 100% fee.
If you came to your appointment but;
- Did not follow our required pre-care instructions,
- Failed to mention a medical contraindication,
- Are under the influence of drugs/alcohol,
then we have the right to refuse service and will charge the card on file a 100% fee.
If you are more than 20 minutes late to your appointment, we have the right to refuse service and will charge the card on file a 100% fee.

This is an appointment-based business, therefore our availability is limited. We understand that life can be complicated, and sometimes things are just out of our control. In these situations, we will try our best to accommodate you by rescheduling your service to a different date/time. If we can't for whatever reason, we want to make sure that you understand we have the right to charge your card on file 100% of the price of the service. These are the terms and conditions regarding our "membership" program.
Because we believe it's necessary to receive professional skincare services regularly, we established our 'Membership Programs.' When you signed up for this program, it was implied that you'd like to build a relationship with Skin Society Hawaii! Therefore we set up pricing and benefits to reflect such a relationship with us.
Your 'Month' begins when you register!
I.e> If you register on July 29th, your 'Month' will be tracked as July 29th-August 29th-September 29th, etc. We suggest signing up at the beginning of the month so it's easier to keep track!

Gift cards will never expire.
They are non-refundable.
They may be redeemed for any service or product with Skin Society Hawaii.
If the service or product is less than the amount on the gift card, we will not refund you the balance. You may use the remaining credit towards your next booking or purchase!
You have ONE (1) year, 365 days, from the time of purchase to book your appointment. (Which means your appointment must fall within 365 days after you bought this deal).
