WHAT IS ACNE BOOT CAMP?

Acne is an inherited condition of the skin that can never be cured, only controlled! The main culprit is Retention Hyperkeratosis, or the rapid shedding of skin cells (5X more than normal). These dead skin cells get stuck in your follicle, where they mixes with oil, fatty acids, and a specific acne bacteria (Propionibacterium) that creates the perfect condition for what we call "acne." Because of the complexity of acne, our in-clinic treatments include professional-grade chemical / physical exfoliation + lots of restorative rehydration. We want to encourage the detoxification of this trapped condition, to allow for new, healthy skin cells to emerge. 

Our program was designed with you, the client, in mind. We will ask for a commitment of three (3) to six (6) months, which includes both in-clinic treatments as well as compliance with an aggressive at-home Face Reality skincare protocol. 

HOW TO JOIN:

You will start by joining our Acne Boot Camp Membership.

This membership fee includes your first Acne Boot Camp appointment (90-minutes) :

• Initial consultation: We will go over everything that can be contributing to your acne. You will receive a packet explaining everything from your diet, birth control, pore-clogging ingredients, supplements, and lifestyle choices that can help restore your skin. (30-minutes)
• After your consultation, we will perform your first Acne Treatment. (60-minutes) 
• We will go over your new at-home routine: products, prices, and protocol. 

After you join, book your first appointment on Glossgenius > ACNE BOOT CAMP - INITIAL (90 Minutes) 

AFTER YOUR FIRST APPOINTMENT:

Because acne can take 90 days to surface, there can be a purging period. Therefore, at the beginning of your program, we encourage you to book Acne Treatments every two (2) weeks. Because of the frequency of appointments, each Acne Treatment is only $99 (org. $150). This price is locked in with your Acne Boot Camp Membership. After we start to see clearing, we will adjust your appointments to once a month.

• Book each additional Acne Treatment appointment on Glossgenius > ACNE BOOT CAMP - ADDITIONAL (60-minute)
• We will collect payment AFTER your appointment.

AT-HOME ROUTINE:

Your at-home routine will be designed by your esthetician at your INITIAL appointment. 

The estimated cost for your initial at-home products is an additional $100-$200. 

These products should last you three (3) months 

Depending on the progression of your acne clearing, it is highly likely that your routine and products will be adjusted. 

You will receive a FREE ice roller and one box of Clean Skin Club Facial Disposable Towels. 

AFTER YOUR CLEAR:

OTHER INFORMATION:

Please STOP the use of any topical prescription products for at least two (2) weeks before your first appointment. (Make sure to get the OK from your Doctor). 

ACCUTANE - For clients on Accutane, please wait at least 30 days after you STOP taking Accutane to come in for a treatment.
