KrX Clear Peel is a 30% Salicylic Acid with added antioxidants, like Green Tea. Unlike AHA's which are water soluble, salicylic acid is a BHA which means it’s oil soluble. This allows it to penetrate the pores to help exfoliate, and clear excess sebum and debris from the pore, and this is why salicylic acid is particularly helpful when treating acne. Salicylic acid is also anti-inflammatory and can help accelerate the healing of current acne lesions.
