SKIN PREP:

• If you’re not already a client of ours, and are a Fitzpatrick 4-6 and not currently using a tyrosinase inhibitor (i.e. Vitamin C), then please book a time to swing by and grab a FREE SKIN PREP KIT from us at least 2 weeks before your appointment (Glossgenius > Pop In Appointment). 
• Stop the use of ACTIVES (AHA/BHA, Retinoids) at least 7 days before your appointment. 

POST PROCEDURE:

• You will be given a FREE POST-PROCEDURE KIT with instructions to take home with you. 
• For the first 24 hours, no sun exposure and no sweating! 
• No ACTIVES (AHA/BHA, Retinoids) for the next 7 days.
• Make sure to keep your skin hydrated.

THINGS TO NOTE:

• This is a quick 30-minute appointment! 
• You may return to your normal activities immediately after. 
• Do NOT come to your appointment sunburnt. 
• You might start to see light flaking or shedding around day 3, just continue to keep your skin hydrated.
• Touch your face with CLEAN HANDS. 
• We suggest purchasing 'Clean Skin Club Towels' to dry your skin. 
• Use NEW or CLEAN pillowcases. 
• You may wear MAKEUP only if necessary. Use mineral or noncomedogenic products. 
• WAXING may be done 2 weeks after your peel. 
• It’s safe to receive BOTOX or FILLER immediately after your Chemical Peel Appointment, but please advise your professional when you receive this treatment. Some physicians suggest waiting 1-2 weeks. 
• LASER - Please ask your laser technician. We’d suggest at least 2-4 weeks. 
• Korean Pigment Peel is suggested to be performed as a series, one every 3-4 weeks, for a total of 6 peels. 

Our TCA Chemical Peels use a curated blend of acids, enzymes, peptides, and brighteners to remove dead skin cells and stimulate new skin cell growth. You will experience peeling as a result of these peels. It is great for treating acne, acne scars, fine lines, wrinkles, tone/texture, and pigmentation. These resurfacing Chemical Peels are highly effective but also intense, so you should expect to have some downtime of 3-10 days.

1. 5 BERRY PIGMENT CONTROL 

If you're new to chemical peels and a little nervous to try them, then this is the peel to start with! The 5-Berry Pigment Control Peel combines 7% TCA and the reparative, protective, and anti-aging benefits of 5 natural berries: cranberry, raspberry, blueberry, blackberry, and barberry. This antioxidant peel is the perfect solution for hyperpigmentation and overall tone! 

2. 15% TCA RESURFACING 

The Gold Standard of Peeling! The 15% solution of trichloroacetic acid (TCA) and powerful natural tyrosinase inhibitors is renowned for its results in treating, correcting, and controlling the skin’s deficiencies. TCA provides unparalleled results in safe and controlled skin Peeling. This is considered our resurfacing peel, so if you are trying to address deeper pigment or acne scars, then you’ll love our 15% TCA. Just know, you will peel! 

Nicole will ultimately determine which strength and type of TCA is best suited for you! 

SKIN PREP:

• If you’re not already a client of ours, and are a Fitzpatrick 4-6 and not currently using a tyrosinase inhibitor (i.e. Vitamin C), then please book a time to swing by and grab a FREE SKIN PREP KIT from us at least 2 weeks before your appointment (Glossgenius > Pop In Appointment). 
• ACCUTANE (ISOTRETINOIN) - Stopped at least 6 months prior 
• Stop the use of Botox, fillers, and Lasers at least 14 days prior. 
• No tanning, waxing, or shaving the area for 7 days leading up to your appointment. 
• Stop the use of prescription retinoids (i.e. Tretinoin) 7 days prior.
• Stop the use of AHA/BHA, and over-the-counter retinoids at least 72 hours prior.

*For prescriptions, please make sure you've consulted your Doctor before stopping. 

POST PROCEDURE:

• You will be given a FREE POST-PROCEDURE KIT with instructions to take home with you. 
• For the first 72 hours, no sun exposure and no sweating! 
• No ACTIVES (AHA/BHA, All Retinoids) for the next 7 days. Make sure your skin has stopped peeling before starting any active again. 
• Make sure to keep your skin hydrated!! 
• Book your next peel in 4-6 weeks!

THINGS TO NOTE:

• This is a quick 45-minute appointment.  
• You will start and continue to peel anywhere from 3-10 days after your appointment. 
• Avoid lifting the skin prematurely (peeling it yourself), as this can cause scarring. If there are large pieces of dead skin “hanging,” cut it using clean scissors.
• These TCA peels are safe for all Fitzpatrick (1-6)
• Do NOT come to your appointment sunburnt. 
• Touch you face with CLEAN HANDS. 
• We suggest purchasing 'Clean Skin Club Towels' to dry your skin. 
• Use NEW or CLEAN pillowcases 
• You may wear MAKEUP only if absolutely necessary. Use mineral or non comedogenic products. 
• You may use a cold compress to help with any minor swelling or irritation. 
• Do NOT get your hair dyed until a week after you have finished peeling.
• WAXING may be done 2 weeks after your peel. 
• It’s safe to receive BOTOX or FILLER immediately after your Chemical Peel Appointment, but please advise your professional when you received this treatment. Some physicians suggest to wait 1-2 weeks. 
• LASER - Please ask your laser technician. We’d suggest at least 2-4 weeks. 
• Safe to do a TCA Resurfacing peel once every 4-6 weeks. .
