How the program works:

This is a 6-month commitment!

Each month you will receive the following services with either Nicole or Tari -

1. 30 units of Botox w/ Tari 2. Skinpen Microneedling w/ Nicole

3. 1/2 syringe of Dermal Filler w/ Tari

4.. Factor Five RDS Peel w/ Nicole

5. 30 units of Botox w/Tari

How to Join:

Select "Society Membership" and book your first appotinemtn (Botox w/ Tari)! We will remind you at each appointment what your next service is. Feel free to book up to 3 months ahead!

Important Notes:

If for whatever reason you are unhappy and would like to end your membership, we will pro-rate charge you for the original price of the service(s) you received.
You cannot 'bank' your appointments or roll them over.
Please see our policy for cancleations, no-shows, and late shows!

Policy

Because we believe it's necessary to receive professional skincare services regularly, we established our 'Membership Programs.' When you signed up for this program, it was implied that you'd like to build a relationship with Skin Society Hawaii! Therefore we set up pricing and benefits to reflect such a relationship with us.

'FACIAL CLUB' SPECIALTY TERMS

Your Credit Card on file will be automatically charged.
There are no contracts and you may cancel at any time. However, If you choose to cancel your membership, you will not be allowed to sign up again for ONE YEAR (12 months).
If you'd like to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please follow our General Booking and Sales Policy.
If you are canceling/rescheduling within 24 hours of your appointment, we reserve the right to charge you for the missed appointment.
If you failed to redeem your service during your month, you may not 'roll it over' and you will not be refunded. Please make sure to book in advance!
There are no refunds for services performed.
