Our Young Adult Facial is both a consultation and treatment, designed to educate and encourage the importance of healthy skin. We will assess your skin type, establish attainable skincare goals, and provide you with essential tools to better understand how your skin works and what's best for you! Ages 12-18

Do I need to wash my face before my appointment?

No! We will double cleanse your skin everytime.

What should I book if I've never had a facial or are unsure of which one to book?

If it's been a while and you are just looking to relax and reset, then our Classic Facial is a great choice! If you want to address specific skin concerns like pigmentation, fine lines and wrinkles, and dullness, then we'd suggest booking our Custom Elite Facial.

What if I'm still unsure?

If you still have no idea which facial to book, simply book the Classic Facial and Nicole can discuss your concerns and expectations at your appointment! Adjustments can easily be made, so don't stress.

How do I add on an upgrade?

When you book your Facial appointment, make sure to select which add-on or upgrade you want to try! Don't worry if you come to your appointment and change your mind, nothing is locked in.

I have acne and don't know which service to book?

If you only want to address mild acne concerns, congestion, or flare-ups, then our Buh Bye Blemishes or Omega Greens is a great one-off acne treatment, depending on your type of acne! However, if you want to see lasting results with an all inclusive approach to getting and staying clear, than our Acne Boot Camp Program is the way to go! Nicole is multi-certified and one of the few estheticians on island with professional acne accrediation.

I have really bad pigmentation, can your facials fix it?

Not necessarily. Pigment is caused by a number of factors, usually drawn to the surface over time. So one facial isn't going to be able to reverse the damage. For that, I'd suggest our Korean PIgment or Glymed TCA Peels! Information can be found under Chemical Peels. I'd also highly suggest booking a Pop-in appointment so Nicole can get you on a daily brightener!

Is there downtime with my facial?

Depends. Some of our Elite Facials use chemical peels or abrasive exfoliants, which would require you to either stay out of the sun and don't sweat for a minimum of 24 hours. Nicole can discuss downtime at your appointment, and can adjust if necessary

How does your Membership program work?

Our membership program, Facial Club, is a great way to start your skincare journey! There's no fee to sign up, no commitment necessary, and you save $25 per facial, plus other perks for being a member! A majority of Skin Society Hawaii clients are members because of their addiction to results! You can also join and cancel at anytime! It doesn't get better than this.
